		<description>I am reminded of the encouragement to bless those who curse you and bless those who spitefully use you. When we do that it releases us from any power they may have had over us. 

Whenever I find myself judging anyone I quickly release them from the judgement, cut myself off from the effects of having judged, then pray a blessing over them.

Thank you for reminding us to shower blessing wherever we go.</description>
