In other words, you don’t have to “eat the bread of sorrows”, trying to carry the whole burden on your own, when I’m offering you rest in My arms, if you just “commit your ways to Me, and trust in Me” (Psalms 37:5) with your praise and prayers, first thing in the morning. But don’t stop with praise and prayer, carry on a little longer with a time of listening to My voice and writing what you hear in your journal, so that you can refer back to it throughout the day. This is where you will find wisdom and guidance, in your intimacy with Me! This is how you will enter into My rest, as My beloved one! I love you.

AND SO I DID, Lord, I commited my ways this morning unto you desiring your rest in mind, body and spiri, after the holidays with family and friends in close loving relationships. I heard the command,TAKE THE LAND, what is the land? The land is my mind, body and soul. Then go uproot all the “its” in the land. So I found in Exodus 23: 23 the “its” were the inhabitants of the land God had given the Isralites that they would have to drive off the land and claim ownership for themselves. There were six groups of enemy forces to be displaced; Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites, Canaanites, Hivites and the Jebusites. Now, you are probably expecting me to name what each of these represent as inhabitants within my nature that would enable you to identify what is it that bothers your nature. But rather I will tell you how the Lord taught me to track down, identify and then determine what negative thoughts I had entertained and how those negative thoughts had caused toxic emotions that created a pain or discomfort in my body. Always look to fear first and formost in “its” many disguises and is usually the root cause of many symptoms. When you brake the root cause by using the name of Jesus refusing to allow it to remain in your thoughts or body, declaring your liberty under the protection of the shed blood of Jesus, you have now exercised your authority and released His Power to deliver what you have now spoken.

Jesus always makes things so simple for us – so do whaterver He says!
